FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS |
Q:
Will you please outline the differences between Royal Bali Vacation Club (RBVC) and Club Bali memberships?
A: Generally speaking Club Bali offers it's members more options and greater flexibility. Among other things, 1. Club Bali members can access more than 70 different resorts directly by using their membership points, whereas RBVC is a traditional timeshare club offering a week of accommodation at the Jayakarta Bali Residence each year for the membership term. (Both clubs have access to RCI's exchange system) 2. There are no seasonal, accommodation size or location restrictions on Club Bali memberships usage. CB points can be used at any of the club resorts or associated resorts at anytime subject only to availability and the member having enough points to 'pay' for the requested accommodation. 3. Club Bali members have the option of being able to save points from the previous year or borrow from the next year. (without using RCI space bank)

Q: As a member of RBVC, can I use resorts affiliated with Club Bali?
A: RBVC members may use Club Bali’s associated resorts on a discounted rental basis. From time to time special discount deals are also available for international resorts on the same basis. Reservations are able to advise on what, when and where such accommodation is available.
Q: Why do I need to spacebank?
A: Two reasons, firstly to save your week to use for a special future holiday and secondly, if you are not able to use your week in any given year, saving with RCI means that it's still available to you for future RCI exchange use. Club Bali members are able to save their points for one year through Club Bali reservations.
Q: How do I change from RBVC to Club Bali Membership?
A: Simply check with member services to ascertain your RBVC to Club Bali membership conversion value, and pay the conversion fee. (currently US $500.00) Additional points can also be purchased at the same or any future time. |
If
you have a BCA savings account you can now pay your membership installments using a BCA ATM transfer to A/C No. 071 3008378 in the name of PT. Puriloka Asri.
If paying by cash deposit, please don't forget to note your name and membership number on the pay- in slip.
For accounting purposes we ask you to send your payment receipt to our finance department by fax to 021-7506707 attention Ms. Ratih. This is very important, because without your payment receipt details we will not be able to update your
installment record, which may later cause some difficulty when you make your reservation.
