Family fun with Club Bali

Mr Agus Suroto and family had this to say about their holidays in Bali ...
" We are a small family, husband, wife and two teenage boys and an annual holiday is important to us for recreation and also to bring the family together in different surroundings. When the children grow up they probably won't want to holiday with Mum and Dad, so Club Bali membership is good for us because it helps to keep us together as a family and will provide for our holidays for the next 10 years.
For our first holiday as a Club Bali member we used our Gift Certificate to stay at the Jayakarta Bali Residence for three days two nights in December 2000. The family accommodation, with separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen (including all kitchen equipment) and the resort environment made us feel really at home, we just cooked our own meals and made our own drinks. Together with the happy, quick service from Club Bali staff and management, plus three swimming pools beside the ocean, we really enjoyed it very much indeed.
In a way its unfortunate that Club Bali at Jayakarta Bali Residence has all the comforts of our own home because we have become too lazy to go to tourist areas that are often crowded. Now we enjoy just relaxing in our hotel room while the children have fun around the hotel area."

Q. How can I get information regarding the balance of points that I can accumulate for use with the next years entitlement? This information doesn't appear on my member status report.
A. Several members have asked this question and in response we now include this information on the status reports. Remember that points saved must be used within the following year and cannot be saved again. Your real time status report can also be found in the member's section of the Club Bali web site. (http://www.clubbali.com)

Q. When the new resorts are available in Lembang and Anyer can all Club Members use them?
A. Club Bali members are automatically entitled to use any resorts added to the membership program during the term of their membership.

Q: Can I use CB $ for single day stays in Marbella?
A. Starting from 2003 single day stays are available for weekends at Marbella. You should consult the calendar for check in/check out times and the CB $ requirement per day.

Q: How can I find information on the referral program results and how can I get the referral bonus in the event that some of my referrals have joined.
A. Bonus payments are normally made 4 to 6 weeks after the new member purchase has been processed. If one of your referrals has joined the program and you have not received a bonus payment within that time, please contact Louana at Sarinah Office on 021 390 2768.

Q. What happens if my membership term is finished?
A. A popular option is for members to extend or renew their membership but if you do not renew, your usage entitlements will expire one year from the end of your last use year, or

earlier if all points have been used.
If you would like to have more information regarding how you can extend, renew or increase your points please contact member sales at Sarinah office on 390 2768.

Q. My membership does not include RCI membership. How can I become an RCI member? Is there any fee?
A. Many Indonesian members prefer a local membership program which does not automatically include RCI membership. If you would like to discuss an RCI inclusive membership program please contact member sales at Sarinah office on 390 2768.

Q. Why does the maintenance fee increase?
A. The maintenance fee is in effect an asset protection levy that covers all Club and resort operating costs including electricity, insurances, management services, property maintenance, housekeeping and lots more. Many of these items are outside the control of Club Bali and will increase with inflation. Consequently, as they increase so does the maintenance fee. Remember also that without adequate maintenance the quality of the accommodation would quickly deteriorate.

Q. How do I pay a reservation cancellation fee?
A. The easiest way is to use your credit card; otherwise the fee will be added to your annual account along with your maintenance.

Q. How can I get an up to date member status report?
A. Status reports are sent out with your annual membership account. Members on line can access their own member status reports through the club web-site at http://www.clubbali.com You’ll need a password to enter the member section.
